A little preparation goes a long way. Follow these steps before your residential cleaning appointment to make sure every visit is as thorough and stress-free as possible.
Declutter surfaces and floors
Pick up clothing, toys, mail, and everyday items from countertops, tables, and floors. We clean every surface we can reach, but we can't clean around clutter — a clear surface lets us disinfect and dust thoroughly.
Provide access to your home
Make sure we can get in — leave a key in a lockbox, be home to let us in, or share a garage code. If you won't be there, share any alarm codes, parking instructions, or entry details ahead of time.
Make arrangements for pets
Some pets get stressed by strangers or cleaning equipment. If your dog is territorial, your cat hides when visitors arrive, or a pet shouldn't be near certain products, please secure them in a comfortable space.
Secure valuables and sensitive items
Put away jewelry, cash, sensitive documents, and fragile items. While our team is background-checked, bonded, and insured, it gives everyone peace of mind when valuables are tucked away.
Share your priorities and instructions
Tell us what matters most — specific areas of concern, product preferences, rooms to skip, or add-ons like an interior fridge clean or interior windows. The more we know, the better we can meet your expectations.
