SMS Consent Information

Peppermint's Cleaning Company may send optional, service-related text messages to customers who affirmatively consent. This page explains how we collect that consent and shows exactly what customers see. Text messaging is optional — customers can request and receive our services without consenting to text messages.

Customers may optionally consent to service-related SMS communications while completing an applicable Peppermint's Cleaning Company service request form (such as residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, mobile car detailing, or laundry service).

• Customers provide their phone number during the Contact step of an applicable Peppermint's Cleaning Company service request form.
• A separate SMS consent checkbox appears directly beneath the phone number field. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
• The customer must actively select the checkbox to consent. Entering a phone number alone does not constitute consent.
• Customers can submit a service request without checking the SMS checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving our services.
• SMS consent is not bundled with Terms of Service acceptance, Privacy Policy acceptance, or marketing email consent.
• When a customer checks the box, we record the consent, the date and time it was given, the phone number, the source form, and the consent language version.
• Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and can reply HELP for help. Opting out does not prevent customers from using our services.
